I had an appointment today that I was really excited about. I had a great experience upon arrival as everything went smoothly. I had a phenomenal experience with the initial nurse who performed the procedure. They were incredibly explanatory, engaged, and had wonderful bedside manners. I had a great experience with her as she guided me throughout the entire process, providing helpful pointers and tips for future appointments. She was truly wonderful. However, I encountered an issue with one of the front staff members who was quite dismissive. I was quite disappointed with her lack of explanation and outright rudeness. It was unfortunate because the other front staff member was pleasant and kind. I must express my deep disappointment with the behavior and rudeness displayed by her. As a result, I now have a credit with this facility, which is not the issue at hand. However, I have decided that I no longer wish to interact with her, especially considering her position at the front. This experience has been truly disheartening.

I was a customer for several years and the services and staff have progressively deteriorated in quality. This last experience was inexcusable and negligent. I waited in a room for 50 min with a numbing cream that started burning my skin. I went to the front desk to ask for help. The assistant tried to help but the burning didn’t stop till I ran to wash it off myself. Photo attached. I asked to speak with the nurse who had been at the front desk when I reported the burn. They refused to come to the front to speak with me and I was told I might receive a call on Tuesday of the following week.

I just had my third and final Tixel appointment! I originally came in for under eye fillers, and the dermatologists here gave me an even better recommendation to solve my under eye dark circles. They dissolved my under eye filler and proceeded with the Tixel treatment. They also gave me a skin care kit to treat my skin while at home in between visits. Now, your skin will feel a bit sunburned after, but after 5-7 days, my skin looks so amazing. My before and after looks so different, and my skin looks way more even and poreless. Even better, I don’t have acne breakouts like I did before. Definitely, come here they will lead you down the right path.

This would have been my first time for Botox treatment but my experience here today was very disappointing. I didn’t even get the treatment! I was shown to a treatment room but for the next 45min no one showed up. After waiting for over 45min I decided to leave. I won’t reschedule here and go somewhere else.

The BEST in El Paso!!! I cannot recommend them enough. They're so amazing at listening to my needs and always willing to help. I have my son with me at all my appointments and they are so sweet to him. I will never go anywhere else!
